“Nothing ever works for me” and “I am hopeless” are I Am Not Enough thoughts. You have deep, practiced, neural pathways in “I Am Not Enough” thinking which is why you joined this program. Those very thoughts are the thoughts that one MUST interrupt and reprogram if she is to see herself as enough.

Step 1: Start attending FeelGood 45 every day and ask for coaching around these limiting repetitive thoughts.

One of the most powerful ways I learned to see my body with love was by learning to pose and have fun learning to take photos of myself and NOT pick myself apart in them. This is your 101 and the photo is required to be able to do your session with Lea. So lean in, surrender your judgments, open up and HAVE FUN with it!

All of these photos are posted here without filters or any post editing. For the Skin Tone photo, do not filter or edit the photo as it can distort your skin. If you are an experienced photo editor, then you may white balance the photo. But if you are a novice, DO NOT TRY EDITING THE PHOTO.

These first photos are there to help you have the best image consult possible + to get you comfortable in front of the camera learning how to play with your first poses. Be KIND to yourself, remember that you are a beginner (see yourself as a baby learning to walk), and just enjoy the learning process. You are BEAUTIFUL! We are going to help you learn to showcase that!

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to listen to each of these trainings AT LEAST twice each. Then use the Control 1-2-3 Method to begin shifting your energy, surrender control, and start feeling like you are enough… because you ARE! You were meant to FEEL GOOD.

Governing Mindset Required To Succeed: “This works! I’m getting better everyday! I am committed to paying whatever price my dream asks!”

How to change your energy so you can feel good and get what you want:

Step 1Notice the controlling thought.

      • If you feel bad or are suffering right now, you are trying to control some aspect of your reality that is beyond your control. Or you are resisting the price your dream is asking you to pay.
      • Make a list of the negative, self-doubting, and controlling thoughts that you become aware of. Where do you feel powerless to circumstance, out of control, or less than? Write it down on your list. THESE are your controlling “I Am Not Enough” thoughts.

Step 2. Laugh at yourself.

      • Think “Oh, I’m doing that funny thing again where I try to control or resist reality. I’m so funny/silly! I love me!”

Step 3. Choose a thought that feels light, good, and that you have NO attachment or resistance to.

      • Example: Remembering someone farting in yoga class, remembering buying coffee for the person behind you in the drive through, or looking at funny videos or pictures of baby animals. 
      • Do something LIGHT that you have NO resistance to in order to begin SHIFTING the energy. This is how to feel better IMMEDIATELY and start getting momentum in the direction of “I Am Enough.”

Week 4: How You See Your Body = How You Treat Your Body

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to notice the negative thoughts you habitually think about yourself, your body, and others. Write them down. Then practice using the Interrupting Cow Trick every day to interrupt the negative thoughts and begin to reprogram them.

Week 5: Reclaim Your Power... Surrender Your Stories

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to become aware of what stories you’ve been telling yourself that are keeping you living small and feeling “less than.” Document the stories that come up for you this week (no more than 1-2 each day), then surrender them.

If you need additional support processing the emotions that may come up as you are exploring your stories, you have the following options:

1. Emotional Freedom Technique is designed to help us process and let go of emotions. It is AMAZING! A clinical technique that can be self-administered, EFT is like crazy voodoo magic for reprogramming the neural pathways in the brain. (Don’t worry… it’s NOT voodoo magic! It’s clinically proven science!)

2. EMDR – If REALLY heavy emotions come up, hire a licensed EMDR practitioner immediately. This takes brain reprogramming (i.e. voodoo healing magic) to a whole new level. I cannot recommend strongly enough about how powerful EMDR is for shifting how a woman sees and treats herself in rapid time.

You do NOT need to be a “trauma victim” to use EMDR. EMDR is designed to reprogram deep neural pathways that keep us living in fear and playing small.

Great! Be OPEN to the badassery of rapid healing with EMDR. Find a licensed practitioner in your area and add EMDR to your life 1-2 times per week while you are enrolled in this program and you will experience results much faster.

Week 6: Look For Things Where They Are

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to create and begin using your Emergency List.

Step 1: Listen to the Instructions

Step 2. Watch this video.

Step 3. Notice & document your triggers on the Emergency List. (Click here to download your Emergency List.)

Example: “When I’m bored at office meetings” could be a trigger. (That’s looking for entertainment in food.)

Example: “When I feel rejected after a date.” That’s food is comfort or love.

Example: “At night when I’m exhausted.” That’s food is rest.

Example: “When I want to have fun, I overspend” could be a trigger. (That’s looking for entertainment in overspending.)

Example: “When I want to feel successful, I buy new things.” That’s looking for the feeling of success in spending.

Example: “When I make more money, then I’ll feel safe.” That’s looking for safety in money.

Step 4. Look for things where they are.

Underneath each trigger, make a list of what you could do INSTEAD of eat, spend, or drink alcohol, or smoke, etc. that would give you what you are actually seeking.

Example: Food is not love. Where could you go to find love where it is?

Example: Food is not entertainment. Where could you go to find entertainment where it is?

Example: Food is not rebellion. Where could you go to feel free instead?

Example: Money can certainly buy entertainment, but if you’re spending money you don’t have, does that make you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically well? Where could you find fun and entertainment that does serve you mentally, emotionally and physically?

Example: Money is not success. Money is something we get in exchange for service to others, for helping others out of their pain or suffering… for helping others get what they want better than anyone else. Where could you go to find the feeling of success right now? Look for things where they are.

Example: Money is not safety. Yes, it can put a roof over our heads and definitely plays into our survival. But you are safe RIGHT NOW. Right now, you have everything you need to feel safe. And the sooner you feel safe right now where you are, the sooner you become a vibrational match to money.

Look for things where they are, not where they are not.

Week 7: Pay Whatever Price Your Dream Asks

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to choose ONE area to work on healing: relationship to food, relationship to money, or romantic relationships.

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to look for the beauty in others all day, every day, for the entire week. Celebrate what you see in others… It’s Universe’s way of showing you want’s possible for you.

Week 9: The Art of Allowing

Self-love is the pre-requisite to allowing. Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to notice where you are living conditionally. Then use the Control 1-2-3 and The Interrupting Cow Trick to begin interrupting and reprogramming that self-limiting thought pattern.

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is every time you see your reflection in a mirror, window, or anything, say to yourself “Hello, Gorgeous!” Do this all week, no matter how silly, fake, or awkward you feel. Commit to telling yourself “Hello, Gorgeous!”

Week 11: Morning Reflection Reading

Your ONE THING (habit) this week is to write your I Am Statement Document. Then every morning, look yourself in the eyes and read your Morning Reflection Reading to yourself before or after Feel Good 45. Commit to yourself and do it everyday for at least a week, but I strongly encourage you to KEEP GOING and read it to your eye balls every day.

Week 12: Midway Celebration

Your ONE THING this week is to write your celebration post on Facebook, give us your graduation ring details, and book a 10 minute call with your coach if you’d like to keep the party going and join us in You Are Unlimited!

1. Write a list of your celebrations in a Facebook post by reviewing ALL of your celebrations out of your celebration journal from FeelGood45.

2. Use the hashtag #celebration in the first part of your post.

3. In that post, share your 2 best before/after photos.

In your Facebook celebration post, include your favorite white T-shirt Skin Tone Discovery photo from week 2 where you submitted your beautiful self to Lea.

Also include your favorite photo from the photoshoot you just did in week 11. Look at that… accidental before/after photo where you are your gorgeous, lovely self in BOTH photos!! #BeforeIsBeautiful!!

  • One of my favorite ways to change up a look is by changing my lipstick color and my pose. Below is a short video about lip colors along with some images from models I love.

The women in the photos below know their bodies are the true works of art. The way they change up the look of their bodies is by playing with clothing items, props, and lipstick colors. Get inspired & enjoy!

3. Taking Gorgeous Photos With Your iPhone

You can take photos with the remote control + your regular camera app, but know that you will have a lot less creative control over the quality of the image.

In the Lightroom CC Mobile app, make sure your images are set to DNG before shooting. Watch the “Taking photos with Lightroom CC Mobile” video for instructions on correcting this setting.

Instagram Story images and video are in the 16:9 ratio.

Instagram feed images ideally should be in 4:5 ratio as these take up the most “real estate” on the feed when people are scrolling.

  • In the “Taking photos with Lightroom CC Mobile” video, I taught you to take photos in 4:3 because it’s the closest setting to 4:5. This means you will need to crop your images to be 4:5 in order to post them to Instagram.

Step 1: Use a tripod 100% of the time.

Step 2: Use your bluetooth remote or the camera timer inside of Lightroom CC.

Step 3: Keep your phone flat and straight up facing you. Do NOT tilt your camera.
